View Requests Tab

From the top right select view requests option. This menu can be accessed from any page.



Requests View

The requests view will give a high level view of all requests. These requests can be further organized to show only certain requests.



Case View

From the requests view, click on the case number (e.g. POP-XXXX) or the patient's name to enter the case view. The case view provides:

  • Detailed information on the case history.
  • Access to documents related to the case (e.g. approval or denial letter).
  • Ability to add comments or additional information or documents.
