If the pharmacy has not yet received the prescription the request will enter this status.
What to Do
From here there are two options:
- Send Prescription
- Cancel Request
Send Prescription
- Send the prescription using your preferred method.
- Mark "Prescription Sent" using the options on the right.
- Recommend adding a comment if not sent by e-prescribe (so the pharmacy does not mark as prescription needed too quickly).
Cancel Request
- Mark "Cancel" using the options on the right.
- Add a comment if you would like the pharmacy to relay a message to the patient.
