Once the patient's insurance has informed us  that the request has been approved it will enter this status.

Claim Goes Through

You will want to check to make sure the request goes through. Sometimes it can be approved in error or for a different quantity or dosage form.

Claims Goes Through

1. Send the prescription using your preferred method.
2. Mark "Prescription Sent" using the options on the right.
3. Recommend adding a comment if not sent by e-prescribe (so the pharmacy does not mark as prescription needed too quickly).

Cancel Request

If the claim goes through with no issues you can select the "Close" option on the right hand side. This will move the case from "Open" to "Closed".
