Once the patient's insurance has informed us that the request has been approved it will enter this status.
Claim Goes Through
If the claim goes through with no issues you can select :
- Select the "Close" option on the right
- . This will move the
- request from "Open" to "Closed" on the main menu.
- The case will close automatically after two days if there is no activity.
