1. Sign Up For An Account
You will be brought to the login page. At the bottom, select "Sign up for an account"
2. Create Account
Enter your:
- Preferred email.
- Password.
- The name you wish to appear on the account.

3. Complete Registration
The registration form will ask some basic information about your practice.
- For "Your Name" please put the best contact, in case we need to contact you.
- Please be sure to list all of your prescribers. You can put the names or NPI numbers.

4. Confirmation Email
After we have your information we will validate it and search our system to link any cases you may have in process. Once this has been completed you will receive an email letting you know this process has been completed and you can begin to fully use the site!
