What to Do

From here there are two options:

  • Send Prescription
  • Cancel Request

Send Prescription

  1. Send the prescription using your preferred method.
  2. Mark to the pharmacy. After it has been sent, mark "Prescription Sent" using the options on the right hand side. This will let the pharmacy know it has been sent.Cancel the request using the option on the right.
  3. Recommend adding a comment if not sent by e-prescribe (so the pharmacy does not mark as prescription needed too quickly).

Cancel Request

  1. Mark "Cancel" using the options on the right.
  2. Add a comment if you would like the pharmacy to relay a message to the patient.
