1. Send the prescription to a pharmacy in our network.
2. If a prior authorization is needed we will contact you for records. You can send us records using your preferred method. (If you sent records or completed an intake form with the prescription we will not need to contact you).
3. The outcome is reported to you. We will send you a copy of the approval or denial.
