This article goes over how to check the status of your requests online.
View Requests Tab
From the top right select view requests option. This menu can be accessed from any page.
Requests View
The requests view will give a high level view of all requests. These requests can be further organized to show only certain requests.
Case View
From the requests view, click on the case number (e.g. POP-XXXX) or the patient's name to enter the case view. The case view provides:
- Detailed information on the case history.
- Access to documents related to the case (e.g. approval or denial letter).
- Ability to add comments or additional information or documents.
