Filtering Requests

There are two default filters on the left hand side. 

• Open- This shows all active cases that have not been completed.
• Closed- Shows all cases that have been closed.

The default columns are:

• Case ID
• Patient Name
• Patient date of birth
• Pharmacy Name
• Prescriber
• Status
• Pending Prescriber indicator
