The pharmacy will check to see if the prescription needs a prior authorization. You can also send records ahead of time with the request. If you do we will not need to contact you later for records.
If we need records we will contact you online for medical records. You can send physical records (e.g. chart notes, labs) or complete one of our questionnaires. See the medical records article for more information.
Once we have an approval or denial the outcome will be reported to you on the portal.
