This status is entered when we did not have the minimum information necessary to create the request.

What to Do

From here there are two options:

• Submit missing information
• Cancel Request

Submit Missing Information

Attach the missing information by screenshot or add a comment. You can review the minimum information we need for each request type below:

• Prior Authorization
• Financial Assistance

Once submitted. Select the "Information Submitted" option.

Cancel Request

To cancel the request select "Cancel" on the right.
