1. Select Name or Case ID

Click the name or the case ID number go into the case.

2. Go To Your EMR

Go to the document or visit you want to copy then:

• Use CTR+A to select all
• Use CTR+C to copy (or right click and select copy)

3. Paste And Submit

Go to the portal and paste the information:

• Use CTR+V to paste (or right click and select paste)
• Hit Save and Submit
