1. Pharmacy Creates Request
The pharmacy submits the information need for the request (see article for more information).
2. We Contact the Office
If we do not have enough information for the request we will contact the office for the needed information.
3. Outcome Reported Online
Once we have an approval or denial the outcome will be reported to you on the portal.
Provider Created Requests
1. Provider Creates Request
The provider creates and submits the request online.
2. Pharmacy Reviews Request
The pharmacy checks to see if an authorization is required (see article for more information).
3. Outcome Reported Online
Once we have an outcome it will be reported on the online portal.
